The following is an actual conversation that took place between Alex and I tonight when we were out walking around with Jordan.
Alex: Hey! Look at that little car!
Kayla: It looks kind of like a dune buggy!
A: YOU look kind of like a dune buggy!
K: YOUR FACE looks kind of like a dune buggy
A: Don't even pretend that it doesn't look like a dune buggy!
K: YOUR MOM looks kind of like a dune buggy!
A:YOUR MOM looks kind of like a dune buggy!
K: That's what she said!
A: Oh.
How wonderful. It was quite possibly the greatest conversation Alex and I have ever had. That is all.

I am NOT dead!
Hello, Bloggerland! Yes, it is my long awaited follow-up post to my Happy Birthday, Alex! post.
Things have been fairly steady. Work, dance, work, dance. I do, however, find some time to hang out with friends in there. Who could forget the intrepid adventures of the Makeout Kids: IHMBF Club? Not me, certainly!
So, Damjan is leaving in 4 days to go to Serbia and other parts of Europe. He'll have a fantastic time visiting family and friends and seeing new and exciting places. Of course I'll miss him, but he'll be back in a month!
My family is also leaving me while they go travel. On the 2nd they will be gone, leaving me alone. I will need some love! LOVE ME!
Well, that's about all I have to say about that, so tah!

Oh Star Trek! I don't think there is any show I would rather watch than Star Trek. I love the original Star Trek, The Next Generation, and Voyager. The others are pretty sucky. I'm toootally sitting here in my bikini watching Captain Picard kick the asses of some fictitious mobsters in the holodeck. *sigh* How wonderful...

Soooo
Well, I don't know. This summer has been OK so far, but I can't help feeling that there are some important people in my life that don't care about me as much as I care about them. I mean, I'm probably just being all emo, but I just can't seem to shake the feeling. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to see how this all turns out.
Summer IS being awesome in that I'm hanging out with people who are awesome, like Alex and Jordan. Together we make the NOT-Smokers-Club. I've just decided this right now.
Work is going OK as well. Sears is treating me fairly well, which is sweet. I get good hours, which is also nice. I do, however, wish I got more weekends off. Then I would be able to see Damjan more than once a damn week. Blah.
Well, I'm out.
